Discharge Pool (Stone Removal)

The product that comes with the vehicles is lowered to the boat with the help of pressurized water sprayed by manually controlled horizontal rotating arms on a suitable platform on the pool boat by climbing a ramp suitable for unloading.

While the product is traveling in the boat, the stone, sand and mud are thrown out with a belt mounted inside the boat, the product falls over the prone pipes in the outlet section and passes into the transport channel.

The continuity of the system is ensured by menthol caps for easy cleaning, pneumatically controlled valves for sludge disposal and opening discharge caps in OSMANLI® Discharge ponds.

The system is in a whole with the lowering pool, platform, water spray valves, mud band.
