PROCESS SYSTEM AND DESCRIPTION

OTTOMAN TURBOEXTRACTOR Systems are designed for the extraction and refining of tomatoes, peppers and fruits processed with "Hot Break / Cold Break" technology. The product is pressed from the rear to the conical sieve system in a completely closed circuit system, and centrifugal movement is created with the inner conical cut blades.
Sizing can be changed easily according to the product feature, it is provided with perforated sheet (sieve). This sieve diameter and thickness can be changed according to the product.
The pressure degree can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing the gap between the fins and the sieve surface while the machine is running.
