PROCESS AND SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

The products transferred from the lowering pools to the washing tub with an elevator are first cleaned in the water mixed with the help of a blower fan in this section.
In OTTOMAN WASHING AND SELECTION BELTS, the product then goes to the selection section with the help of a conveyor consisting of rotating rollers made of stainless steel, at this stage, it is passed through a shower section made of special nozzles, which is sprayed with clean water again in this angled section.
The product is then manually checked in a selection section of varying lengths according to capacity. Deteriorated poor quality products and foreign materials fall into the OTTOMAN TURBO BREAKERS, which can be coupled to the machine as a complete separation.

DEPO TANK: The product is collected in a level-controlled tank suitable for the capacity under the machine. It is transferred for other processes with the monopump located under the tank.
