PROCESS AND SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

OSMANLI® Bain-marie (double-drawn boiler) systems are manufactured in the form of a hemisphere. This special treatment ensures that the heat is evenly distributed over the entire surface and increases the process performance.

BE04/¹° Bain-marie systems are manufactured as tilting type, produced as double-walled (pull-out)

Our machine is heated with superheated steam.

Our products are delivered with inlet steam valve, outlet steam trap systems, measuring clocks.

Optionally, working on a platform can be provided in multiple systems.

Ottoman bain-marie systems can also be used with a mixer. Surface wear is minimal thanks to the full spherical bottom. In our overhead mixer systems, it is ensured that the product is mixed perfectly and homogeneously with Teflon moving scraper pallets connected to a stainless steel arm.

Raw material contact surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Construction and tilting apparatus made of iron material. The mixer assembly is in two arms and all surfaces in contact with the wall have scrapers made of Teflon material. It is manufactured as double-walled and fully spherical. It is coupled with steam inlet valve and outlet trap.
